Playfly Sports is looking for an Activation Intern in Los Angeles, CA. Within our 10-week paid Playfly Summer Internship Program, you’ll be immersed into the business side of sports and join our team of talented professionals. Through hands-on experience, projects, and mentoring, you’ll learn the fundamental skills and knowledge it takes to have a career in sports while developing yourself professionally and personally.

PLAYFLY ACTIVATION – PRODUCTION

The production team within Playfly Activation is a specialized group of creative and operational professionals focused on bringing partnership assets to life. From concepting to final delivery, we execute branded content, custom features, in-venue elements and broadcast-ready creative to support Playfly’s partners across a dynamic and fast-paced sports media landscape.

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

• Maintain proof of performance for brand activation components that include, but are not limited to, in-game integrations, custom spots, team-direct and digital content. • Collaborate with research to provide digital content for marketplace analysis. • Help secure client required deliverables from our regional sports networks, pro teams, and collegiate properties. • Compile and archive assets for the sales resource environment • Assist with research and unique custom projects • Additional tasks will be assigned on a case-by-case basis. • Workflow may be adjusted due to priority items and sports’ season launches. • All other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Great organizational and communication skills. • Marketing and Production courses preferred. • Mac Proficiency and Sports Knowledge a must. • Must have a positive attitude, be eager to learn and hard working. • Exhibit professional appearance, communication and composure while in the workplace.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS & APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

• Preferably entering senior year of Bachelor’s program, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later • Must be available to work June 7, 2027 – Aug 12, 2027, 32 hours/week, Monday – Thursday • Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $18.42 • Candidates are strictly limited to applying to a maximum of TWO positions • Applications will be open from November 23rd. to December 7th.
