Reporting infringement
Send a written report to hello@useno.app with the subject line "IP Infringement Report." Please include:
- your full name, organization, and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right you believe is affected;
- the exact Useno URL or a sufficiently detailed description of the material at issue;
- an explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after a report
We will review valid reports in good faith and may request additional information. Where appropriate, infringing material may be restricted or removed, and relevant account holders may be notified. We may preserve information where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Responses and mistakes
If you believe material was removed or restricted by mistake, contact hello@useno.app with the relevant URL, an explanation, and evidence of your authorization. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may create legal liability.
Other rights
For concerns involving privacy, impersonation, confidential information, or other non-copyright rights, describe the issue and supporting details in an email to the same address. This process does not replace any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
